1. Prep & Charge 💫
Start by charging your EaseFlow™ Heating Pad with the included USB. A full charge ensures hours of soothing warmth and gentle massage wherever you go.

2. Wrap it up! 💅
Wrap the heating pad around your desired area, such as your stomach or lower back.

⚠️ You MUST place a cloth between the pad and your skin to prevent any sensitivity. This will act as a protective barrier!

3. Choose Your Setting 🌿
Turn on the pad and select your preferred settings. Choose from three heat levels (50°C, 55°C, 60°C*) and four vibration modes. *122ºF, 131ºF, 140ºF

4. Time to relax 💆‍♀️
Allow the pad to warm up for a few seconds. Sit back and relax as the soothing heat and gentle vibrations work their magic, relieving cramps and muscle soreness.

5. Safety & Aftercare 💝
The pad will automatically shut down after 30 minutes of inactivity, ensuring your safety if you fall asleep. After use, store it in a cool, dry place, and recommend it to your friends!
